Is A.W.Surveys scam or not?

I would say since it is a new company one must throughly investigate the program whether it is genuine or not and come to one's conclusion. One can google about the company " A. W. Surveys " finding information in various forums on net if members have been paid and what others have to say about it. This is what i found out:
First i will list the good points :
the good thing is that it is high paying surveys that pays $4, $5 or $6 for a suvey which is good. Then membership at A.W. Surveys is totally FREE and you are not asked to pay any membership fees whatsoever. The signup process is fast and easy. Some members claim to have paid for taking surveys by them which is also good ( though it can be disputed). Then the minimum payout is $75 which is easy to reach if one gets surveys at regular interval as it pays good for each survey done by members. One can also earn by referring others for each signup $1.25 .
The surveys each require is to review websites and write 3 sentences about it which is easy as one has to give one's opinionif one likes the site or not, does one believe it's genuine or not.
Now the other side of picture:
I found that many members of mylot including me have had problems logging into their accounts at the site an do surveys for many weeks at stretch for no fault of oneselves. Then many members on various discussion forums like mylot feel that after initial few surveys one doesn't get surveys so it is very tough to reach the payout which sounds like a scam. Then $25 processing fee for members outside US who can be paid only by paypal is ridiculous as paypal doesn't charge this amount and site is taking one's hard earned money for no reason which is bad thing to do.
Then their's site where members say they have been scammed by this survey site and in discussion forums like mylot many members too hold the same opinion.
I guess by now one can come to one's own conclusion about whether it is a genuine site or not.
