I feel HoneyAdvertiserPro.com is a good free to join, free to earn 'paid to click' program. It is an international program. They also pay random payouts which is good for you. They pay to Click, pay to Read, pay to SignUp, pay to Promote, pay to Surf, pay to Review, pay to play Games etc.
They pay you $0.005 to $0.02 per click. You can easily make several cents a day and of course with a 6 level referral program that money can add up with some advertising and referrals. Sounds good to me.
The actual amount for minimum payout is $20.00 for the free members. You shouldn't worry about min. payout as they are still in Pre-launch until they reach 3,000 members. After which free member payouts will lower to $15 , $10 after 6,000 members, then to $5 after 10,000 members. Payouts are available via PayPal, E-Gold, or AlertPay. And it's FREE to join.
